OnCall Africa is an organization that started 10 years ago due to the low ratios of medical support in Zambia. They collaborate with the country’s ministry of health to identify rural health centers needing support or need mobile clinics. Designer Luis from Angola designed a site master plan and housing block for future medical volunteers who will be coming to support OnCall Africa at local clinics from their base in Livingstone.
