This community library in a remote village of northwest Rwanda aims at providing an educational space for youth that also doubles as a facility that the community can take ownership of as they establish local socioeconomic development programs. Designed by a team from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo who visited their project site, this project will allow for youth empowerment and positive social impact in a region that needs it most.
