Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, location, organization, professional background, project details, and files such as photographs, plans, résumés, headshots, or portfolios.

Our hosting and security providers may also process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and request logs, to deliver and protect the website.

We use submitted information to review and respond to project requests, evaluate volunteer applications, communicate about Journeyman International's work, administer donations, maintain records, prevent misuse, and improve the reliability of our services.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use project-request or volunteer-application information for unrelated advertising.

We use service providers to host the website, store structured records and uploaded files, deliver email, and process donations. These currently include Vercel, Strapi, Neon, Cloudinary, Resend, and Stripe. Each provider processes only the information needed for its role and is governed by its own security and privacy commitments.

Donation payment details are collected and processed by Stripe. Journeyman International does not receive or store your complete payment-card number through this website.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to review a request or application, maintain an active relationship, administer a donation, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and protect our services. Different records may require different retention periods.

Because Journeyman International works internationally and uses service providers in multiple locations, information may be processed outside your state, province, or country.

You may ask us to provide, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to records we must retain for legal, accounting, security, or legitimate operational reasons. You may also ask us to stop nonessential communications.

This website and its application forms are intended for adults and organizational representatives. They are not directed to children under 13.
