A compact urban hub layers leadership, technology, and support.
The International Centre for Leadership Development Nigeria is planning Impactivate Hub on a compact site in Gbagada, Lagos. The program treats opportunity as an ecosystem: a ground-floor multipurpose hall for 100 to 150 people supports training, events, and exhibitions, while upper-level labs, coworking, startup offices, counseling rooms, a library, podcast studio, meeting space, and café support deeper work. Flexible partitions allow the building to shift between seminars, mentoring, public programs, and smaller teams. Daylight, ventilation, accessible routes, and a planted outdoor area temper the density of the two-level program and create places to pause.
The organization owns the land and anticipates phased construction as funds become available. The June 2026 drawings and visualizations document an advanced proposal, but construction is not verified. Impactivate's architectural strength is compression: many forms of learning and support share one address, making collaboration visible and reducing the distance between an idea, a mentor, a tool, and a community audience.
