MyLIFESpeaks Hospital

MyLIFEspeaks’ campus in Neply brings school, staff and guest housing, community programs, performing arts, and public health work onto donated land, with space reserved for a future hospital. The master plan treats those functions as a connected community rather than placing medical care in an isolated compound. A hospital can share access, infrastructure, and relationships with existing programs while retaining the privacy, service circulation, sanitation, and clinical organization healthcare requires. Collaboration with Haitian professionals is central to making the design culturally grounded and operable within local construction and staffing realities.

Journeyman International’s work establishes the larger campus framework and the future hospital’s place within it; the archive does not verify that the hospital was built. This entry therefore represents a planned healthcare phase. Its architectural value lies in integration: education, culture, home, and health remain distinct in function but close enough to support families through a familiar network of locally led services.
