The Ndago Health Post is an early collaboration involving the EAR Diocese of Nyaruguru, the Elsa Miller Foundation, CAUKIN Studio, and Journeyman International. The available agreements establish a shared intention to develop a health facility through locally grounded architectural work, design review, and coordination with licensed professionals in Rwanda. At this stage, the Drive folder does not yet contain a completed predesign questionnaire, site survey, program, final drawings, project imagery, or evidence of construction.
Those missing pieces matter: a useful health post must be shaped around the services it will provide, patient privacy, staff workflow, infection control, water and sanitation, accessibility, climate, terrain, and the practical realities of maintenance. The portfolio therefore presents Ndago as an early design commitment rather than a resolved building. Its next meaningful milestone is not a rendering; it is a verified brief created with the diocese, health practitioners, community representatives, and the team responsible for long-term operation.
