Omega Ministries is developing a pre-kindergarten through sixth-grade school in Kagugu as part of a longer commitment that may eventually include secondary education. The first campus phase combines classrooms with flexible community and youth-outreach space, allowing the church’s educational work to extend beyond the formal school day. Child-scaled circulation, protected play, shade, ventilation, sanitation, and adaptable rooms are central to making the proposal function for different ages and programs. The plan must also preserve clear areas for future growth so later construction strengthens rather than crowds the first school.

Journeyman International’s pre-design process gathered operational, site, communication, and program information before fixing the architecture. The archive describes a school in development but does not verify completed construction, so this remains a proposal. Its central value is a durable beginning—build a coherent primary environment now while giving the organization a realistic framework for future education and community use.
