Sage View Foundation proposed a combined medical and learning center near Nyamata to serve four Bugesera communities without convenient access to healthcare. Developed in coordination with Rwanda’s Ministry of Health, the program centers essential services for women and children while adding space for education and family support. Bringing those functions together reduces the burden of traveling between separate institutions and allows health, prevention, and learning to reinforce one another. The campus is conceived as a recognizable community destination rather than a stand-alone clinic: a place where families can seek care, receive information, and participate in programs within a welcoming shared setting.

A project report is present in the archive, but readable architectural detail and evidence of construction were not available in the reviewed material. The project should therefore be described as a proposal. Its clearest idea is proximity—placing complementary services close to the people they are intended to serve, and organizing them around the rhythms and relationships of community life.
